Easy, quick pasta dish that packs a ton of flavor! I use rotisserie chicken, but you can grill chicken as well. The creamy sauce is full of tomatoes, peppers, onion, garlic, and herbs. My family loved this, and yours will too!

I am fairly new to the world of blogging, but I'm not new to the kitchen.

Family dinners have been an important tradition in our home ever since Craig and I got married 30 years ago. In fact, our grown children still come by for family dinners even though most are moved out. I firmly believe that disconnecting from the outside world and sitting down for a meal is one of the best ways to connect as a family. Our family dinners deserve a lot of credit for keeping our family super close.
