Description

Frozen Limeade Dessert with a delectable Graham Cracker Crust! 🍹🥧 This sweet and tangy dessert is an absolute showstopper, and you won’t believe how easy it is to make! It’s been a family favorite for years, but I’ve given it a serious facelift!

Ingredients

Scale

Graham Cracker Crust:

3 cups graham crackers, ground up in a food processor

¾ cup butter, melted

Combine together and fluff with a fork.  Spread 2/3 of it in the bottom of a 9×13 baking pan, pressing it down with your fingers or with a glass.

Lime Ice cream filling:

1 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened to room temperature

1 12 oz can frozen limeade concentrate

6 limes, zested and juiced

1 lime, very thinly sliced

Instructions

Combine the softened ice cream, limeade, zest, and juice; until well combined.  Pour over the crust and gently use a spatula to spread so it gets into all the corners of the pan.  Freeze for 4 hours, or until completely firm.  Sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs and put the thinly sliced limes on top.

Hi! I'm Leora. I am married to a fire captain (who is also the man of my dreams!), a mom to five grown kids, and a nana to five darling grandkids! I firmly believe in the importance of putting distractions away and sitting down together for family dinner, and doing so has been a tradition in our home ever since my husband and I got married 30 years ago. In fact, my children still come home often for family dinners, even though most are moved out of the house. My goal is to provide you with delicious recipes that you can share with your loved ones around the table. So, join my family for dinner, and pass your plates!
