Ingredients
For the platter:
Baby bell peppers, halved
Cherry Toms
Cucumbers, sliced on a diagonal
Figs, halved
Hummus
Crackers
Tzatziki, recipe below
Salami
Cubed Feta
Kalamata Olives (optional)
For the Tzatziki:
1 cup thick Greek style plain yogurt
1 cucumber seeded and minced, and drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
Combine all the tzatziki ingredients together and chill for 1 hour. For the platter items: slice, dice, whatever! Display however you’d like on a charcuterie board, cutting board, glass dish, etc. The options are endless!
